AOS Cares

AOS Cares is the charitable branch of Art On Skin Magazine, dedicated to giving back to the community through the power of art and compassion. Tattoos tell stories of resilience, healing, and hope, and we channel that spirit into raising funds and awareness for meaningful causes. Through AOS Cares, we partner with organizations that make a real difference in people’s lives, supporting mental health initiatives, community outreach, and global relief efforts. Together, we’re building stronger communities and creating lasting change where it’s needed most.

Gift of Adoption

This year for AOS Cares, we’re giving back to Gift of Adoption. Their mission is to provide adoption assistance grants to complete the adoptions of children in vulnerable circumstances—giving them permanent families and a chance to thrive. This charity is near and dear to our heart because they helped our Editor-in-Chief, Kate, finalize the adoption of her son in 2023.

How does this fundraiser work?

  1. Donate $5 directly to https://giftofadoption.org/donate/. You can choose to pay the processing fee or not, as long as the base donation is at least $5.
  2. Submit THIS FORM, including proof that the donation went through. 
  3. Fill out a model application, if you haven’t already. 

We will randomly select a model to be an extra feature in our April 2026 issue and that randomly selected model will automatically be entered into the finals of our 2026 Skinspiration Competition in December for the only single cover of the year. *Additional donations or larger donation amount will not increase your chances of winning.*

To Write Love On Her Arms

Join us this September as we partner with To Write Love On Her Arms to support Suicide Prevention Month. At Art On Skin Magazine, we believe in the importance of mental health awareness and the healing power of art. Together, let’s make a difference. Hope for Ukraine

In April 2025, we announced an initiative to raise money for Hope for Ukraine, an organization dedicated to creating a brighter future for Ukraine.  Through our “AOS for Ukraine” merch line, we hope to do a small part in helping Ukraine by providing food and medical support (all the proceeds raised from this line continue to go directly to Hope for Ukraine).
